Advent Prayer Spaces – December 2018

This Advent we are reflecting on the themes of the Advent candles: HOPE, PEACE, JOY and LOVE.

In our prayer space, the children have been thinking about what Jesus would HOPE for our World. They are also trying to solve some picture clues as to what we are waiting for this Advent. The clues are some bread, a lamb, a thorny crown, a rock, some water and a candle.

We have asked the children and staff to write down their hopes for the future…our Worship and Justice committee have been helping some of the younger ones to write down their thoughts.
